Background
Customer is an integrated sportswear company that has been in the business of manufacturing, retail & distribution of international sports & lifestyle brands. Customer has a nationwide network of exclusive and multi-brand stores with 4 lakh square feet of retail presence. Customer have built strategic partnerships with key international sportswear brands and also manufactures footwear for international brands like Nike, Puma & Lotto.
Project Details
As part of engagement, our retail industry expert consultant and advisors conducted series of interviews and workshops with the customers to collect current business process and also discussed with leadership team to gather there future growth plan and long term roadmap. Based on availability of Investment options, we recommended S4 retail as product to be implemented along with Hybris e-commerce and data analytics. Overall solution was an end-to-end solution for retail, capable of integrating store operations with the head office and manufacturing, using a multi-layer architecture. Intend was with centralized servers and auto synchronization at the end of the day, achieve far better control over inventory mismatches. Store audits, inventory management, purchases and transfers.
