Customer is leading independent online electronics retail stores. They with the world's top distributors to offer the best possible online shopping experience, with a fantastic product range and first-class service 24-hours of every day. There product range covers every imaginable electronic device, along with an extensive range of accessories, from computers and printers to routers, mobile phones, cameras, games and much more besides. Customer also operates out of a 10,000m2 distribution center also stores closes to 782,582 fastest selling products are held in stock and can be delivered overnight
Project Details
Major Digital Transformation objectives for their solution span across Sales, Service, and Marketing scenarios with an emphasis on mobility and offline access for their mobile workforce. From a sales perspective, Customer was looking to increase their online presence by providing delightful customer experience. They were also looking for a marketing solution that would provide a powerful and flexible platform to perform complex segmentation processes, including strategic and tactical segmentation for determining pricing and portfolio labels and granular segmentation for their promotions and targeted initiatives. With all this vision in mind we embarked into SAP Hybris Commerce and Marketing solution Implementation.
